Are you looking for a better shopping cart for your website? Have you already decided on SunShop by Turnkeywebtools? I have used SunShop extensively, and can perform installation, data migration, and customizations to the software.
Areas where I’ve helped clients in the past:

Installation and setup - this is usually straightforward, but there are some wrinkles. In many cases, this can run as low as $65.

Upgrades - the upgrade from 3.5.x to 4.x is difficult; there’s no two ways about it. I can get you through it.

Customization of templates - some sites are standalone, and some are part of the larger site. I can integrate Sunshop with your existing site or match your design.

Data migration (from other shopping carts, and from earlier Sunshop versions) - this includes products and categories, and where possible, orders. I’ve migrated data from OsCommerce and Zen Cart in the past.

Custom features - this is where most clients need my skills. I can modify the default behavior of Sunshop, beyond what is customizable in the admin GUI. Some features I’ve added for clients include:

Call for price - products with a $0 price display the “Call for price” text, instead of the default ‘Free’. The ‘add-to-cart’ functionality is disabled for those products.

Minimum Order / Handling charge - if order is below a minimum, add a .handling charge. to the order

Custom price / Payment - allow the customer to enter the amount they want to pay. This is handy for allowing payments on existing invoices or orders, if full payment was not collected. of these features may also be similar on 4.0.x - I haven’t tested them yet. Please ask, and I can take a look.
